As the Materials Manager,
responsibilities included managing three
warehouses with twenty two support staff.
Duties
included:
supervision, assigning tasks, project management, coaching,
teambuilding, training, hiring and corrective discipline. Additional
duties included securing approved financial expenditures for specific
materials management projects, monitoring shipping and receiving,
designing and implementing policies
and procedures, monitoring safety standards,
overseeing warehouse organization and managing asset disposal.

included identifying new business opportunities, internet web
development, sales and distribution channels, extensive market research,
due diligence and information analysis.

Identified appropriate strategic

development. Provided consulting expertise in the purchasing,

Involvement with various consulting engagements which provided high
level management advisory services to firm's clients.

Responsibilities included the

improvements and recommendations for policy restructuring to attain
long-term efficiencies. Analyses included client interviews, mapping
