Consulting Fees Our goal is to provide a comprehensive top-down approach within your company's existing corporate culture in order to provide maximum ROI and functional value. When utilizing Purchasing Management Group to provide cost-effective, suggested recommendations and/or implementation solutions to satisfy your critical business needs. We can be engaged to act in a primary role for a mutually agreed upon period of time or to assist within departments on a project oriented basis. If your company is looking to improve its business processes, or if you have other business issues you would like to discuss, please give us a call. We offer a complementary 30 minute consultation to initially assess the requirements of your needs. Following our initial consultation, we can be engaged on a fixed hourly or daily rate (plus expenses), and fees can be quoted on an project by project basis or time duration engagement as may be mutually agreed upon.
